A LEARN Initiative

four children reading book

LEARNing Landscapes is a peer-reviewed, open access, themed journal that is published twice a year. It works to bridge theory and practice by publishing submissions from individuals who represent the wider educational community—teachers, principals, students, parents, university academics and community leaders.

The journal has a diverse readership. It’s focus on multiple perspectives, voices and forms of representation appeals to university scholars and leaders, as well as individuals whose experiences or interests may lie outside of a more typical academic publishing milieu. While LEARNing Landscapes is committed to being inclusive, it is as committed to maintaining high publishing standards. Since it was launched in 2007, we are pleased that it has consistently received positive feedback in this regard, as well as for encouraging the development of innovative ideas and practices across a range of educational audiences and contexts within Quebec, Canada and beyond.
